		<abstract>Este estudo apresenta a aplicação da curva e integral hipsométrica (Hi) como forma de análise e interpretação cronológico/evolutiva dos lobos deposicionais do megaleque do Taquari, no Pantanal brasileiro. Como bases destas análises, foram utilizados os dados de elevação obtidos na missão SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission). Os dados revelam relação com a cronologia da sedimentação dos lobos deposicionais, confirmando a validade do modelo evolutivo atualmente sugerido para o megaleque. ABSTRACT: This study presents the application of the curve and hypsometric integral (Hi) as instruments to analyze and interpret the chronology and evolution of the depositional lobes on Taquari megafan (Pantanal, Brazil). The elevation dataset was obtained from the SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission). We conclude that the hypsometric information is closely related with the relative chronology age of the depositional lobes, confirming the validity of the current evolutionary model adopted for megafan.</abstract>
